This is a charter for Troop 70 from 1945. Troop 70 was already fifteen years old when this was issued.
In the News
Troop 70 has been featured in the news since its inception in 1930. Here we see Lon Sailers, our longest serving Scoutmaster, leading a group of scouts. Note the neckerchiefs and the Jamboree Troop patch that are still part of our uniform.

Even Away from Dallas
Even at the National Jamboree in Valley Forge, PA, Troop 70 represented Dallas and Texas.
